Theta Lake has announced the launch of Webex Compliance Hub, a new offering within the Cisco Webex Suite.
The company, recognised as a Visionary in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Digital Communications Governance and Archiving Solutions, has also been ranked #1 across several compliance categories in Gartner’s Critical Capabilities report.
The launch of Webex Compliance Hub comes as organisations face mounting pressures to secure digital and AI-driven communications while meeting stringent regulatory requirements. With workplaces increasingly reliant on collaboration tools, Cisco and Theta Lake are aiming to provide an integrated solution that addresses compliance, risk management, and governance.

The new Webex Compliance Hub, powered by Theta Lake, is designed as a unified and built-in solution within Cisco’s Webex ecosystem. It offers integrated compliance and risk management capabilities, covering the Cisco AI Assistant for Webex, and enables organisations to collaborate with enhanced confidence in security and compliance.
Webex Compliance Hub will be available as a supplement to Webex Control Hub for both existing and new customers. Its functionality spans capture, compliant archiving, recordkeeping reconciliation, eDiscovery, legal hold, inspection, supervision, surveillance, remediation, observability, and enforcement across multiple communication formats, including messaging, meetings, calls, transcripts, SMS, and outputs from the Cisco AI Assistant. The solution is hosted on a multi-certified, secure, cloud-native environment.
Cisco highlighted that the addition of Webex Compliance Hub supports a broader strategy to unify governance across human and AI-driven interactions. With collaboration increasingly occurring across text, voice, and video, the platform aims to provide a consistent approach to security, compliance, and risk management for enterprises in regulated industries.
