Label debuts end-to-end FATCA and CRS platform

Label

Label, a RegTech innovator specialising in intelligent compliance automation for financial institutions, has announced the launch of its new Form Validation Module.

The company said the release responds to growing regulatory pressure on financial institutions and service providers to keep pace with rapidly evolving FATCA and CRS requirements while maintaining seamless client experiences.

Label develops next-generation compliance and due diligence solutions designed to simplify complex tax reporting and client onboarding processes. Its technology integrates AI, automation, and data analytics to help firms stay compliant across multiple jurisdictions with minimal manual intervention.

The newly launched Form Validation Module represents the industry’s first fully end-to-end solution for tax information collection, validation, and reporting. The product unifies what have traditionally been fragmented processes—eliminating manual checks, disconnected databases, and document silos.

Through a single platform, users can now manage all FATCA and CRS forms, including W-8s, W-9s, and self-certifications. The module features built-in validation, data enrichment, and AI-driven due diligence, enabling teams to capture and verify information instantly, detect inconsistencies automatically, and sync validated data into existing systems without manual effort.

The product’s enhanced capabilities leverage the latest AI, optical character recognition (OCR), and automation technologies. Key features include OCR for extracting data from PDFs, AI-assisted tax identification number (TIN) validation, dynamic form checking, and configurable workflows that adapt to FATCA, CRS, and local regulatory requirements. Everything is stored within a secure, scalable environment that offers a single source of truth for all investor and entity data.

Label said its modern platform connects the full compliance lifecycle—from onboarding to reporting—through seamless API integrations that link upstream and downstream systems. This architecture ensures frictionless data movement across complex financial ecosystems.

The company added that the new module allows compliance teams to remove manual data entry, reduce rejected filings, improve auditability, and enhance client experiences with faster onboarding and real-time visibility across the FATCA/CRS lifecycle.

Label described the platform as “the only truly modern, fully integrated FATCA and CRS solution” built for a digital world where accuracy, connectivity, and automation are essential.
