Acrisure, the global FinTech group spanning insurance, reinsurance, payroll, benefits, cybersecurity and real estate services across 19 countries, has launched Auris AI, an applied artificial intelligence platform developed with Palantir Technologies to bring together data, workflows and decision-making across its business.
Built using Palantir’s Ontology framework, Auris AI brings client records, carrier relationships, contract details and operational data into a single environment, with permissions and controls designed to govern how information is accessed and used.
The platform gives insurance teams a shared view of client intelligence, growth opportunities, risk insights, placement activity and service requirements, helping employees identify opportunities, coordinate work and respond to clients without relying on fragmented systems.
Acrisure said the launch addresses a long-standing challenge in insurance, where interconnected businesses have traditionally relied on disconnected systems and siloed data. Auris AI has been developed around the complexity of insurance operations rather than as a generic AI tool layered onto existing processes.
The platform was unveiled around Palantir’s AIPCon 11 conference, where Acrisure’s technology leadership presented Auris AI as an example of how Palantir’s Artificial Intelligence Platform is being applied to operational challenges.
Acrisure and Palantir plan to continue working together on the platform, including areas such as responsible AI deployment, data governance and enterprise-wide controls.
Acrisure also intends to expand Auris AI’s capabilities and extend its use across relationships with clients, carriers and other partners, with the company positioning greater coordination between people, data and digital infrastructure as a key part of the future of financial services.
