Snappy Kraken, a marketing technology firm serving the financial services sector, has introduced Snappy AI.
The tool acts as an AI marketing operations coworker that helps financial advisors and their marketing teams review campaign performance, find weak points in follow-up and decide on their next moves.
Snappy AI sits inside the Snappy Kraken platform and runs on Claude. It looks at an advisor’s authorised campaign activity, audiences, outcomes and account configuration, then combines this with Snappy Kraken’s own marketing knowledge to give guidance tailored to that account.
To safeguard personally identifiable information (PII), the tool does not pull individual contact names, email addresses or other personal details at the contact level. Existing user permissions determine which accounts it can reach.
The tool is also read-only, a choice made with the compliance requirements of advisors and firms in mind. It can analyse data, make recommendations and offer guidance, but it has no ability to launch campaigns, publish content or alter account settings. Snappy Kraken intends to add capabilities over time as part of a wider AI roadmap focused on advisor workflows.
The company’s State of Digital & AI 2026 report shows how easily opportunities can go unnoticed. The report drew on aggregated, anonymised data from more than 9,000 financial advisors. It found that advisors with linked CRM systems and real-time contact syncing saw about three to four times more engagement, yet only around a quarter had actually connected their CRM. In addition, about 80% of advisors distributed market updates, but only about 20% followed up with prospects through nurture campaigns.
Snappy AI aims to reveal gaps like these within each advisor’s own activity. For example, an advisor who asks where their marketing is losing momentum might find out that they send market updates often but have no follow-up campaign. The tool can then suggest a suitable nurture campaign and provide a direct link to review or configure it.
Marketers and administrators who look after several advisors can use Snappy AI to see which advisors need assistance and in which areas. The tool highlights shortfalls in setup, integrations and campaign activity across the accounts they are authorised to view. A team could, for instance, quickly identify advisors who have not yet linked their CRM, started essential campaigns or finished key setup tasks. This helps larger firms direct support, training and outreach where they are needed, while marketers still decide what comes first.
In Q4, Snappy Kraken will also release Office Hub, a single location where marketing teams can monitor advisor setup and integrations across their network. Teams will be able to apply shared changes to account and branding settings without repeating the work in each advisor’s account.
Snappy AI is now available to Snappy Kraken users. Eligible subscriptions include a monthly allocation of Snappy AI credits at no extra charge.
Snappy Kraken CEO Robert Sofia said, “Most advisors don’t have a marketing activity problem. They have a visibility problem.
“They’re running campaigns, sending emails and generating engagement, but it’s not always clear what’s working or where opportunities are slipping through the cracks. Snappy AI connects those dots and helps advisors focus on what will actually move their marketing forward. That’s where we see the real opportunity for AI — not just creating more content, but helping advisors make smarter decisions with the marketing they’re already doing.”
