Rob Wilcox serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO), an independent, family-owned bank and top-15 credit card issuer with over $30 billion in assets. In his current role, Rob is accountable for overseeing and continually enhancing all aspects of the bank’s compliance program. Since starting his banking career over 20 years ago as a part-time teller, Rob has had the opportunity to lead various compliance functions at the bank, including regulatory change management, fair lending, UDAAP prevention, and complaints management.
Rob earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from MidAmerica Nazarene University (summa cum laude). He also studied abroad at European Nazarene College and received his Master of Arts degree from Nazarene Theological Seminary (magna cum laude). In addition, he holds the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation. Outside his professional life, Rob actively serves on his local church board and as Board President for Heart Ministry Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to “providing food, healthcare, and a way forward for individuals severely affected by poverty in the Omaha area.”
