Dave Feldman – Greenboard

Dave is Co-Founder and CEO at Greenboard, a Y Combinator-backed startup building the AI-native system of action for SEC and FINRA compliance. Greenboard replaces the fragmented stack of legacy point solutions that compliance teams have been forced to piece together for years with a single, AI-native platform. Prior to founding Greenboard, Dave worked in Product at Guideline, where he led teams that built core systems, including Guideline’s financial recordkeeping engine. Before that, Dave led Hive AI’s joint venture with Bain & Company. Dave holds a BS in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and an MS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.
