John holds a Law Degree with a concentration in Corporate and Securities Law from Rutgers Law School and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 4 Principal registrations. Prior to joining Proofpoint, John was a financial services compliance officer and is still very active as an industry advisor to asset managers, banks, and brokerages.
