Shannon Skibicki – Horizon Technology Finance

Shannon Skibicki is an Investment Associate at Horizon Technology Finance, an affiliate of Monroe Capital, where she evaluates and executes investment opportunities across the venture ecosystem. Her experience spans venture lending, capital planning, fundraising strategy, and financing solutions for venture-backed companies. Prior to Horizon, Shannon served as a Senior Vice President at Silicon Valley Bank, advising early- and growth-stage businesses on liquidity management and credit solutions. She also supported lending efforts for clean energy and climate technology companies. Shannon holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
