Australia-based Bitcoin exchange Bitcoin.com.au has reportedly netted $815,000 in its series A funding round.
Investors to the round included Alium Capital and Dominet Venture Partners, according to various media reports.
The exchange lets users buy and sell Bitcoin, with a customer making an order, then depositing the funds at one of the 1200 deposits across Australia and then receiving their tokens. There is a 5 per cent fee and a maximum daily purchase limit of $8,000 per user.
The capital will be used to expand its international presence in the UK and Canada, the articles state.
