PropTech platform Domuso bags $3.1m in funding

California-based rent management platform Domuso has reportedly raised $3.1m in a funding round.

Backers to the round included various rental property owners and operators, including Bascom Group founder David Kim, according to various reports in the media.

Domuso helps landlords manage their properties with online payments from a range of different methods including credit/debit cards and eCheck/ACH. Through the platform users can setup instalment loans, which lets residents pay over time, while the landlord gets cash up front.

This new wave of capital will be used to integrate with more rental payment providers as well as developing the data and risk management algorithms, the articles state.

Total funding in to the company has reached around $5.8m, the reports state.
