One Mortgage System (OMS), a customer relationship management (CRM) and loan origination platform for mortgage intermediaries and lenders, has partnered with Keychain to integrate AI-powered document analysis and digital client onboarding into its broker platform.
The integration allows brokers to manage early-stage client processes through Keychain, including digital fact finds, medical questionnaires, secure document collection and electronic signatures. Its AI technology checks submitted documents, identifies missing information and flags potential issues before cases progress. Clients can also receive automated reminders when information or documents are outstanding.
The companies developed the integration with businesses already using both platforms. More than 600 live cases across mortgage, protection and specialist finance have been transferred from Keychain into OMS over recent months.
OMS users will also have access to an extended free trial of Keychain, allowing firms to evaluate the technology within their existing workflows before committing to the service.
The companies are hosting a joint webinar on 10 November to demonstrate the integrated capabilities and discuss applications for AI across the mortgage process. OMS provides technology covering residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging and commercial mortgages, alongside general insurance and protection. Its platform brings together product sourcing, protection sourcing and criteria searching.
