Global private equity house TA Associates has made financial industry software developer List its latest investment.
The company?provides mission-critical trading and compliance software and infrastructure services to financial institutions, including a trading and brokerage platform as well as capital markets, governance, risk and compliance solutions.
Italy headquartered List, which was founded in 1985, also has offices in the US, UK, Spain, Poland, Canada, India and Malaysia.
TA managing director J Morgan Seigler said, ?As one of Europe leading capital markets technology providers, List has a strong and long-term track record of delivering exceptional software and services across a wide range of trading and compliance needs.

Naveen Wadhera,?a TA managing director who will join the LIST board of directors following the investment, said, ?Software services for financial-focused companies around the world are increasingly playing a more critical role in a variety of daily operations.

Other recent fintech investments for TA include buying?into private equity-backed alcoholic drink industry electronic invoicing and payments business Financial Information Technologies last August.
TA started off the year with the promotion of 10 staff members across its global operations, including naming?Dhiraj Poddar as its latest managing director.
The firm,?which targets deal in the?tech, healthcare, financial services, consumer and business services sectors, has?raised $24bn in capital since it was founded in 1968.
