Mobile payments app Pingit said to launch online store

Mobile payments application Pingit has reportedly launched an online store enabling consumers an easy way of buying payment accessories.

The company, which is owned by Barclays, will use the store to sell its wearable payment products, which includes wristbands, and fobs, according to reports in the media.

In the near future, Pingit hopes to release a wide range of new partner products which includes leather bracelets, watches, and fobs from brands including Hugo Boss, Tovi Sorga, Guess, and Timex. The company stated that it hopes the new e-store will help give consumers an easy way to browse and buy contactless payment devices.

Pingit is a mobile payments solution which lets any consumer, from any bank, access contactless payments. The mobile app lets uses send money to family and friends, request money, organise finances, raise money and donate to charities, send business invoices, and pay for services at stores.
