The cybersecurity division of the Kudelski Group has added ten partners to its growing ecosystem of digital defence companies.
Kudelski Security’s new partnerships with technical and process specialists from around the globe are aimed at expanding the company’s specialized security ecosystem and boost its capabilities.
The move comes as Kudelski Security has set out to meet the demands of the increased digitalisation of the economy.
“As digital business transformation initiatives accelerate, we are seeing a growing demand for our security by design expertise,” said Andrew Howard, CEO of Kudelski Security. “Our strategy to meet this need has been to build out a global partner network of specialized expertise that complements our strengths in cryptography, IoT, and blockchain. Our expanded bench of partners work with us to bring additional hardware and software expertise in supply chain security, full-stack exchange testing, smart contract auditing, cryptography and legal smart agreements.”
The first of the companies Kudelski Security has partnered with is Crypto.com, the crypto exchange. Kudelski Security recently completed a security assessment of the business.
Smart contract and document provider Accord Project is the second company to join the ecosystem.
The third is BlockFrame, a logistics company tapping into blockchain technology to enable an eco-secure framework for handling cybersecurity throughout the supply chain.
Cossack Labs specialises in providing tools to protect sensitive data in distributed applications and infrastructures, prevent data breaches and enable businesses to comply with data security regulations.
ChainSecurity is a cybersecurity firm leveraging blockchain technology to perform security audits and services.
Next up is Ledger, a security and infrastructure solutions developer. It specialises in critical digital assets for individuals, financial institutions and industry by leveraging a distinctive, proprietary technology.
London Office for Rapid Cybersecurity Advancement (LORCA) is the UK government’s cyber accelerator, meaning it supports some of the brightest innovators in the British cybersecurity market.
Providentia Worldwide is a new tech consultancy. The venture is set up to bridge “the gap between high performance computing and enterprise hyperscale computing,” according to its own website.
River Loop Security is a cybersecurity firm focusing on the digital risks inherent in the internet of things.
X41 D-SEC is the last cybersecurity firm to join Kudelski Security’s ecosystem. It is a provider of high-quality security research, application security services, penetration tests, and full red teaming.
The news comes after Kudelski Security launched its Blockchain Security Center in January last year and opened a new Zurich office in 2018.
