Governor Software, a governance and oversight solution provider, has become a global reseller of regulatory update solution Waymark Tech.
This deal was made to enable Governor Software to launch its regulatory compliance solution onto the global stage as it can now help compliance teams with all financial regulations.
The Governor Ref Reg: FCA solution is a live version of the FCA Handbook and was created in conjunction with the UK financial regulator. Its tools are designed to help UK compliance teams map, track and report regulatory compliance.
In working with Waymark it will now enables teams find the regulatory content required for operations around the world. They can track and report on compliance and receive updates on changes and developments.
Waymark Tech CEO Mark Holmes said, “We are very pleased that Governor Software has selected Waymark Tech to provide the Global Regulatory Content for Governor Reg, as it is extended to the global market.

Waymark utilises AI technology to help companies automate the understanding and analysis of regulations and updates. The platform, which has machine learning and natural language processing algorithms, can scan and analyse regulatory information.
