Robinhood suffers second outage one week after first massive blackout

Last week Robinhood faced outrage from its users after they had been unable to tap into their accounts on one of the busiest trading days this year. Now it has happened again.

Investors using the commission-free trading app were unable to access their accounts on Monday during another bad trading day, TechCrunch reported.

Although, some of the service was back online after about an hour of downtime. However, some users took to Twitter to tell Robinhood that they could still not cancel deals.

“Why would anyone trade on your platform ever again? First time I can understand, but again?” one user tweeted.

Following the first outage, several users threatened Robinhood with legal actions. However, legal experts believed that class-action lawsuits were unlikely as investors are usually unable to bundle lawsuits together for joint suits.
