Hi Marley extends pilot with Plymouth Rock Assurance

InsurTech platform Hi Marley has expanded the pilot programme of its claims text messaging solution with Plymouth Rock Assurance.

The partnership enables customers of Plymouth Rock use text messaging to manage auto insurance claims. Through the extension of the deal, customers will now be able to arrange all aspects of their claim through the messaging instead of needing phone calls or scheduled appointments.

Plymouth Rock integrated the solution to handle over 2,500 claims, increase customer satisfaction ratings, and lower rental days and costs.

Hi Marley AI-powered SMS texting platform supports communications between insurers and policyholders, with real-time communication and automated translation into 25 languages.

Earlier in the year, Hi Marley issued a new US Securities and Exchange filing stating it had secured $8m in a funding round, but it is unclear whether the company has closed the round. Prior to the round, the InsurTech secured $8.7m in its Series A round back in June last year.
