Vitec Software Group subsidiary Malmkroppen has acquired a 4.8% stake in real estate treasury management platform Nordkap.
Sweden-based Nordkap provides real estate companies with a platform to improve controls over their financial position via reports and analysis among other things.
Founded in 2011 offers software to support various industries including auto, education, publishing, real estate, finance and insurance, pharmacy, and more.
The company operates in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Estonia.
