Next Insurance has introduced a new mobile app designed to customise and share certificates of insurance.
According to Coverager, Next has been working on the development of a mobile app since April 2020.
The company has designed the application for existing policyholders due to the fact there is no option for new users to receive a quote. Alongside customising and sharing certificates of insurance, users can add unlimited third parties to certificates and control who can see the certificates. Users are also able to update their account information, add coverage, and start a claim by describing what happened and uploading photos and documents.
Coverager noted that traffic data has found 66% of Next’s website traffic originates from mobile users.
Consumers are able to download the Next Insurance application through Google Play and the App Store.
