GAN Integrity, a provider of ethics and compliance management solutions, has rebranded and launched its new Integrity Platform.
This new platform connects ethics with compliance; for people, at every interaction, to impact behaviour and create value.
GAN Integrity claims the Integrity Platform was built with ethics at its centre. This comes as companies shift mindsets to promote robust, ethical business practices at every level throughout their organisations.
This new tool creates bespoke case management, third party risk management, incident management conflicts of interest, antitrust, gifts and entertainment, donations and sponsorships applications and more. Â
Another boon of the platform is how it enables digital transformation. GAN Integrity claims that through the platform, complex enterprise-wide issues such as those involving third party risk management, donations and sponsorships and antitrust are brought together seamlessly.
The Integrity Platform is built on intelligent no-code technology, which allows business to adapt to changing regulatory requirements and complex organisational structures.
GAN Integrity CEO Nicholas Manolis said, “Compliance leaders in the world’s smartest companies understand their role is more than upholding regulatory standards. They are looking to connect compliance to ethical behaviour inside and with third parties outside the business and to embed ethics everywhere.
“The Integrity Platform enables employees and stakeholders to connect ethics in their everyday work positively impacting brand reputation, talent acquisition, retention and long-term value creation.â€
GAN Integrity previously raised $15m for its Series B funding round in January 2019. The funding round was led by Aquiline Technology Growth, with commitments also coming from unnamed existing investors.
