Hub International, a global insurance brokerage and financial services firm, has acquired the assets of Midland Agency Insurance Corporation to enhance its agribusiness insurance capabilities.
Based in Columbia, South Carolina, Midland Agency Insurance provides commercial and personal insurance, specialising in the agribusiness industry.
Hub International is a full-service global insurance broker and financial services firm providing risk management, insurance, employee benefits, as well as retirement and wealth management products. Headquartered in Chicago, the company has offices throughout North America.
This is Hub’s second acquisition this year. The company acquired Insureon Holdings in partnership with InsurTech Bold Penguin earlier this month.
