Hawksoft boosts client relationship capabilities with Levitate

Oregon-based insurance technology developer Hawksoft, and its partner Levitate, have launched a two-way API integration for users of both platforms.

Levitate is a marketing and “client happiness” tool that aims to help independent insurance agents build and maintain authentic relationships with clients.

The integration allows Levitate to write back emails, texts, and notes to HawkSoft. Levitate said these capabilities will allow independent insurance agents to build and nurture relationships more seamlessly.

The so-called “time-saving” two-way integration feature is now available to all users of HawkSoft and Levitate. Once enabled, Levitate said data will sync in real-time, keeping client communication histories up to date and accurate in HawkSoft.

Further, the company added that alleviating the need to enter data into both platforms will provide more accurate records for users.

Earlier this month, Hawksoft teamed up with InsurTechs Talage and Semsee, to integrate their platforms with Hawksoft through InsuranceGIG. The goal of the partnership is to increase productivity and capacity to serve additional customers for thousands of HawkSoft agencies who will have access to both the Talage and Semsee platforms and their carrier partners.
