Curvestone, an AI compliance platform for regulated financial services, has been named an OpenAI Select Partner, strengthening its work to automate regulatory checks for UK mortgage, lending and advice firms.
The company has joined the OpenAI Partner Network, a global programme supporting organisations that build, sell and deliver AI solutions using OpenAI technology. As a Select Partner, Curvestone will work with OpenAI to help organisations develop, deploy and scale AI solutions, with access to resources, enablement and support designed to help enterprises adopt OpenAI models and products.
The partnership will also support Curvestone’s use of GPT-5.6 and ChatGPT Work. According to the company, GPT-5.6 can help organisations achieve stronger performance per dollar, while ChatGPT Work is intended to help turn business objectives into completed work.
Curvestone’s platform automates compliance checks carried out by regulated firms, including full case-file reviews, financial promotions and financial crime controls. Its technology is used by mortgage brokers, networks, lenders and wealth advisers across the UK.
The platform is designed to review every case rather than relying on a sample of files. Curvestone said this can move firms towards 100% coverage, helping reduce business risk while creating an audit-ready evidence trail for every case reviewed. The company also positions the approach as a way for firms to increase their volumes without adding headcount or compliance risk, while shifting compliance from a cost centre towards a growth function.
Looking ahead, Curvestone plans to increase its use of OpenAI models and expand the number of compliance checks its platform can perform. It also intends to extend its AI automation to more firms across the sector, with the goal of helping customers turn their AI ambitions into measurable business outcomes.
Curvestone builds an AI workflow layer for complex, high-stakes processes, replacing manual and siloed roles in regulated industries with AI workers focused on speed, accuracy and auditability. The company works with compliance officers, financial services and insurance innovators, and legal operations leaders. Curvestone is headquartered in Holborn, London, and is backed by a £3m seed round raised in December 2025.
Curvestone founder and CEO Dawid Kotur said, “Being named an OpenAI Select Partner recognises the work we’re doing to put the best available AI models to work in one of the most heavily regulated corners of financial services. Compliance is where AI has to be right, not just fast — and partnering with OpenAI lets us give mortgage, lending, and advice firms the confidence to automate regulatory work without cutting corners.”
