Acrisure specialises in intelligence-driven financial services, providing a broad array of products including insurance, real estate services, cyber services, and asset and wealth management.
B2Z was established during the Covid-19 pandemic to help small businesses more simply protect themselves.
The company uses third party data and analytics to help business owners answer time consuming application questions normally asked to bind policies. Clients can obtain quotes, purchase personalised coverage and review their coverage with a licensed customer experience advocate by phone, text or chat.
Acrisure said the acquisition of B2Z strengthens its digital offering and complements its recent partnership with QuickInsured, a technology insurance platform that offers customers personal lines insurance policies.
With B2Z’s focus on providing small businesses easy access to personalised coverage online, Acrisure now has the ability to provide a more holistic suite of solutions to solve the various insurance needs of its customers by providing customisable insurance.
Through this partnership, B2Z said it can augment and enhance Acrisure’s digital fulfillment capabilities and customer experience on a much bigger scale.
Kuldeep Malik, B2Z CEO and founder, said, “We’re proud to help extend Acrisure’s unmatched relationships and technology capabilities. B2Z looks forward to joining Acrisure’s culture of collaboration and trust.”
Greg Williams, co-founder, chairman and CEO of Acrisure, added, “Acrisure is building a robust digital marketplace that makes it simple to transact across all of our lines of business. In that regard, B2Z is a tremendous fit as a leader in providing customized solutions to small businesses. I’m proud to welcome Kuldeep and the B2Z team to Acrisure!”
Earlier this year, Acrisure acquired two Managed Service Providers (MSP) within its Cyber Services division, Catalyst Technology Group and ITS.
