ALKEME expands Utah footprint with Lincoln Insurance Group acquisition


ALKEME, a top 50 insurance brokerage in the US, recently announced its acquisition of the Lincoln Insurance Group. Based in Utah, Lincoln Insurance Group is a full-service insurance agency that was established in 2006.

The acquisition of Lincoln Insurance Group by ALKEME marks a significant step in ALKEME’s strategic growth in Utah. The companies did not disclose the financial specifics of the deal. The acquisition was primarily driven by ALKEME’s goal to extend its capabilities and reach by partnering with leading agencies such as Lincoln Insurance Group.

Lincoln Insurance Group, based in Sandy, Utah, is renowned for its specialist services in providing commercial and personal insurance, as well as bonding. On the other hand, ALKEME, headquartered in Ladera Ranch, CA, empowers insurance brokerages to achieve sustainable growth and success through innovation, shared services, consultation, and marketing. ALKEME’s offerings span across P&C, Benefits, Surety, Risk and Wealth Management sectors.

Curtis Barton, CEO of ALKEME, expressed that the acquisition marks an important milestone in their expansion in Utah, stating that Lincoln Insurance has built an impressive reputation across Utah as a top-tier agency. Conversely, Joe Coccimiglio, owner of Lincoln Insurance Group, expressed excitement to join the ALKEME family and anticipated this partnership would bolster their growth potential.
