The move, which is built on the success of Zoomtopia Partner Connect, aims to reshape how Zoom brings unparalleled solutions and endless possibilities to valued customers, by selling strategic ISV’s (Independent Software Vendor) best of breed solutions to consumers.
The offering will allow users to take advantage of of several new partner offerings directly within the platform as the brand wants to promote dexterity and flexibility to its users.
To achieve this, firms such as Theta Lake will be integrated directly into the Zoom platform, allowing the firm to cater to more of their customers needs and requirements, while also supplying new business opportunities for their partners.
Chris Moss, Head of Platform and Product Acceleration at Zoom, said, “On the heels of Zoomtopia, the launch of the ISV Exchange Program was the next obvious step to take in our journey of delivering choice and flexibility to customers, while providing new business opportunities for our partners.

Other brands that have been announced as part of the program are Verint, SuccessKPI, PCI Pal, FaxSIPit.
