The partnership aims to leverage Eltropy’s advanced technological capabilities, such as Text, Video, Secure Chat, and chatbot technology, within Fiserv’s Portico system. This integration is designed to empower credit unions to improve their operational efficiency and member engagement, meeting evolving member demands and positioning for future growth.
Through the partnership credit unions will be able to sync contacts effortlessly, send promotional texts, and engage in personalized one-on-one conversations.
Central to this partnership is the introduction of the nightly member sync-up feature by Eltropy, allowing credit unions to seamlessly integrate member data into Eltropy’s platform. This integration provides a comprehensive and unified view of member interactions, boosting member segmentation, satisfaction, and loyalty.
Looking ahead, Eltropy plans to further strengthen this partnership by introducing features like alerts and tracking for opt-in and opt-out. These advancements will enhance credit unions’ member engagement strategies and drive superior results.
