Xceedance bolsters inspection capabilities with Millennium Information Services acquisition

Xceedance, a global leader in insurance-focused consulting, technology, operations support, and data solutions, has acquired Millennium Information Services, a major player in property inspection and data analytics in the US.

The acquisition brings nearly 200 team members and a nationwide network of over 1,300 contractors under Xceedance’s umbrella, significantly boosting its underwriting support and analytics capabilities across the insurance sector.

The acquisition aims to expand Xceedance’s footprint in personal lines and lays a robust foundation for delivering top-tier inspection and data analytics solutions to commercial carriers and MGAs.

Millennium, known for conducting over one million inspections annually across residential, commercial, and farm sectors, collaborates with more than 80 insurance carriers and MGAs. This vast data collection on specific risk hazards and property conditions is set to catalyze innovation on Millennium’s MAPS® software platform, enhancing decision-making, workflow management, and data analytics.
