Bolt joins forces with Salesforce to revolutionize insurance quoting

Bolt announces a strategic partnership with Salesforce, an industry leader in customer relationship management (CRM).

The collaboration is designed to streamline the insurance quoting process significantly. By integrating Salesforce’s Financial Services Cloud with Bolt’s extensive insurance exchange, the partnership addresses the time-consuming aspects of insurance management, offering a faster, more accurate quoting system.

Bolt excels in uniting distributors and insurers, transforming how insurance products are bought and sold. Their platform includes an extensive network of standard, specialty, and non-standard carriers. Salesforce contributes with its Financial Services Cloud, recently enhanced for insurance brokerages, providing a unified view of client details and policy information which facilitates personalized support.

This partnership enables users of the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to access real-time insurance quotes directly within Salesforce’s environment. The integration allows for quick comparisons across multiple carriers, helping agents and brokers find the best policies for their clients efficiently.

Additional features of the collaboration include Bolt’s Data Marketplace integration with Salesforce, which helps in prefilling entries in quoting questionnaires, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of the quoting process.
