CBRE Investment Management has announced George Crone as the new Sustainability Lead for UK Direct Investments.

George Crone joins the sustainability leadership from CBRE Advisory, where he has been a pivotal consultant on CBRE IM’s portfolios since 2018. His deep understanding of the UK market and its stakeholders uniquely positions him to spearhead the firm’s sustainability initiatives effectively.
In his new role, Crone is tasked with collaborating closely with asset and portfolio managers to implement CBRE IM’s Zero Emission Building Roadmap. He will also lead engagements with UK investors and occupiers to advance sustainability initiatives across the board, providing crucial technical support to the firm’s sustainability teams in Continental Europe and indirect investments.
