This significant capital infusion marks the company’s first external institutional funding round.
The investment from One Peak will be directed towards accelerating product development and fueling exponential growth for Iplicit. Born in the cloud, Iplicit is renowned for delivering a state-of-the-art cloud accounting platform that caters specifically to businesses transitioning from basic entry-level systems or those dissatisfied with cumbersome legacy on-premises solutions.

Additional insights reveal that Iplicit has achieved triple-digit revenue growth annually for six consecutive years since its inception in 2019. The company’s exceptional performance in 2024, which saw a 113% year-on-year revenue increase, has earned it multiple accolades. Notably, Iplicit was listed on the Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50 and ranked 18th among UK businesses in the FT1000 list of Europe’s fastest-growing companies. The company also secured a top 10 placement in the Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’ awards, underscoring its commitment to an outstanding workplace culture.
