M-Files and Unisphere NZ team up to drive intelligent automation in knowledge work

M-Files and Unisphere NZ team up to drive intelligent automation in knowledge work

Unisphere Solutions New Zealand (Unisphere NZ) has joined the M-Files Partner Program to accelerate digital transformation and improve productivity for businesses.

The collaboration combines Unisphere NZ’s strengths in business information management with M-Files’s advanced document management and automation capabilities to deliver intelligent, scalable solutions.

The M-Files Partner Program brings together global alliances, integrators, and authorised partners to offer industry-specific digital solutions powered by M-Files’s metadata-driven architecture and AI-enhanced workflows. This partnership enables Unisphere NZ to help organisations transition from document-centric systems to data-driven operations.

M-Files senior manager – partner sales, APAC, Chris Smith, said,”This new collaboration marks a turning point in how businesses leverage technology to drive growth, streamline operations, and transform how organisations work in a digital age. Combining Unisphere NZ and M-Files’s respective strengths gives businesses a powerful solution to enhance productivity and navigate the digital age more effectively.”

Unisphere NZ managing director James Dickinson said, “Unisphere NZ is dedicated to helping businesses thrive through smart technology solutions. For so long, businesses have been document-centric and, as they digitise, they need to bridge the gap in systems and processes from documents to data.”

Through the partnership, Unisphere NZ gains access to M-Files’s technology, training, and support, enabling it to scale services and deliver enhanced outcomes. The M-Files platform provides a unified view of organisational data, automating workflows and boosting efficiency across document and data management.
