Red Oak, a leading compliance connectivity platform, has announced a series of strategic leadership hires to bolster its growth and innovation agenda.

The appointments include Allison Dancy as chief marketing officer, alongside new leaders in programme management, revenue operations, and engineering.

The Texas-based company, which positions itself as the only Compliance Connectivity Platform in the industry, offers AI-powered, scalable solutions that enable financial services firms to manage communications compliantly and efficiently. Red Oak’s platform is used by investment firms, insurance providers and wealth management companies to streamline operations, accelerate time-to-market, and mitigate regulatory risks.

Allison Dancy has been named chief marketing officer and will report directly to Red Oak CEO Dave Dutch. Dancy brings over two decades of enterprise marketing experience in SaaS, FinTech, and services. She will lead brand strategy, go-to-market planning, and pipeline acceleration as the company scales its offerings. Prior to joining Red Oak, she held CMO roles at Billd, Kibo Commerce, and OneTouchPoint, where she oversaw corporate rebrands and acquisition integrations.

Alongside Dancy, Red Oak has also brought in Julie Springer as vice president of programme management. Springer has more than 15 years of experience in strategic execution and cross-functional leadership across the technology and marketing sectors. She is recognised for her analytical approach and customer-centric execution.

Stacey Ledbetter joins as director of revenue operations, bringing over ten years of experience in SaaS and technology-focused go-to-market strategy. Her previous roles at Brightly and PointClickCare involved leading business operations and implementing high-impact sales efficiency strategies.

Christy Stout, Red Oak’s new director of engineering, brings extensive technical expertise and leadership. She previously led a 50-person engineering team at Bazaarvoice, where she was responsible for frontend, backend, data, and analytics systems and supported AI and ML adoption initiatives.

These senior hires come on the heels of Red Oak’s acquisition of 4U Platform and reinforce its commitment to purposeful growth. The company aims to align operational leadership with the increasing demands faced by financial institutions operating in complex regulatory environments.

Red Oak CEO Dave Dutch said, “Allison brings a clarity of vision and a precision of execution that build on Red Oak’s market leading position. She understands how to activate marketing as a growth engine—especially in highly regulated industries—and we are fortunate to have her on the team.”

Red Oak co-founder and chief engagement officer Cathy Vasilev added, “Seeing this calibre of leadership choose Red Oak is deeply gratifying. What started as a focused compliance technology solution has evolved into a comprehensive platform powering connectivity and scale for the financial services ecosystem. These leaders will help us move even faster—and serve our clients even better.”
