Hyderabad-headquartered ForaySoft, a global consulting and systems integration firm, has partnered with US-based ES Search Consultants to develop modular technology components for the insurance sector.
The collaboration is designed to deliver AI-driven tools that integrate directly into insurers’ operational systems, boosting efficiency, agility, and customer trust, according to IndianWeb2.
These solutions are intended to complement existing technology stacks and address the competitive demands of the insurance market.
The initiative will produce automation modules for intake and triage in claims workflows, pre-built risk scoring engines using structured and behavioural data, and fraud pattern tracking tools compatible with Special Investigations Unit (SIU) workflows.
ForaySoft, known for combining deep domain expertise with next-gen AI innovation, currently employs over 40 experts and plans to hire 100 more across engineering and delivery teams.
It is also expanding its AI Center of Excellence in Hyderabad and preparing pilot programmes with insurance clients across India, the US, and the Middle East in FY 2025-26.
ES Search Consultants provides AI-powered, task-specific utilities for underwriters, adjusters, and fraud teams, focusing on practical solutions rather than abstract platforms.
