Sensa Risk Intelligence transforms compliance

SymphonyAI has introduced Sensa Risk Intelligence (SRI), a next-generation cloud-based platform designed to revolutionise financial crime prevention. The system uses predictive, generative, and agentic AI to automate end-to-end compliance workflows, cutting costs while improving operational resilience.

Built to replace outdated, siloed systems, SRI unifies compliance under a single, AI-powered framework. It transforms compliance from a reactive cost centre into a strategic business function that fuels growth. With the ability to automate KYC, CDD, AML, and sanctions processes, the platform enables institutions to streamline workloads and accelerate decision-making.

SRI’s architecture comprises several key components. Sensa Investigation consolidates all financial crime operations in one interface; Sensa Agents deliver no-code automation tools; Sensa Detection introduces self-serve risk models; and Sensa Data manages and curates enterprise-level data assets. Together, they enable a holistic approach to compliance, integrating data from both internal and external sources.

The platform’s flagship concept—the 50/50 Compliance Model—balances AI automation with human oversight. Half of the operational workload is executed by intelligent automation, while the remaining half relies on human expertise to ensure judgement, governance, and transparency. This approach enhances regulatory responsiveness, making updates auditable and explainable in real time.

SRI’s agentic AI technology further strengthens its capability. Intelligent agents connect seamlessly with third-party providers such as Dun & Bradstreet, LexisNexis, and Salesforce, orchestrating data across ecosystems to enrich investigations and boost accuracy.

Powered by SymphonyAI’s proprietary Eureka AI engine, SRI provides institutions with a flexible, modular roadmap for phased AI adoption. Firms can start with simple overlays for legacy systems and gradually transition to comprehensive AI-led financial crime management.
