Regnology has unveiled RRH Ascend, the next-generation version of its established Regnology Reporting Hub (RRH) platform.
The company introduced RRH Ascend in response to growing demand for more efficient, automated, and intelligence-driven regulatory reporting processes, as financial institutions face increasing compliance burdens and complex multi-jurisdictional obligations.
Regnology specialises in technology that supports financial institutions and regulators with the tools needed to manage reporting, supervision, and regulatory data requirements. Its platforms are used globally to streamline compliance, enhance data quality, and support regulatory oversight across financial markets.
RRH Ascend builds on this foundation by delivering a modernised reporting environment designed to align the industry with Straight-Through Reporting (STR). This new product enables end-to-end automation, seamless data integration, and intelligent oversight to reduce friction in regulatory processes. It draws inspiration from Straight-Through Processing (STP) used in capital markets, applying similar principles to regulatory exchanges. The solution is cloud-native and allows financial institutions to automate workflows, harmonise data architectures, and generate regulator-ready outputs in real time.
Additional capabilities include enhanced governance, advanced automation intelligence, regulatory insight features, and collaborative tools that support cross-team reporting activities. RRH Ascend is built to evolve, incorporating AI enhancements that enable more accurate and complete regulatory submissions across jurisdictions. It also introduces exception monitoring and data governance tools that support faster, more transparent reporting processes.
The launch is being announced at the 32nd annual RegTech Convention, which brings together more than 2,000 participants across nine cities in a hybrid format. The event is recognised as the largest global gathering focused on financial regulation.
Regnology chief product officer Linda Middleditch said, “For too long, financial regulatory reporting has been seen as a laggard – complex, fragmented, and reactive. RRH Ascend represents a turning point, providing institutions with the clarity and control needed to adopt a fully connected, intelligence-led model. This launch accelerates the industry’s shift toward STR and a new era of regulatory intelligence.”
