NCR Atleos Corporation, a provider of self-service financial access solutions, has renewed and extended its long-standing partnership with Heart of England Co-operative in a move aimed at strengthening free-to-use cash access and financial inclusion across local communities.
The renewed agreement secures a five-year extension to the relationship and includes a comprehensive upgrade of the retailer’s 35-site ATM estate. The deal reinforces both organisations’ shared focus on maintaining convenient and reliable access to cash, particularly for communities across Coventry and Warwickshire where the co-operative operates.
As part of the agreement, Heart of England Co-operative will continue to use the NCR Atleos retail network solution. This combines hardware, software and managed services with operational scale designed to deliver high ATM availability and consistent service levels.
