WealthAi, an AI operating system built for wealth managers, private banks and family offices, has unveiled its new Client File product, designed to consolidate fragmented client data into a single, continuously updated workspace.
The Client File integrates directly into the WealthAi Assistant, drawing on live data feeds, meeting transcriptions and WealthAi’s AI notetaker to maintain a current and comprehensive record of each client relationship. The system automatically produces suitability reports, onboarding forms and CRM updates, reducing post-meeting administration from several hours to a matter of minutes.
Rather than functioning as a static repository of records, the Client File operates as an intelligent workspace that continuously organises information drawn from meetings, documents, portfolio feeds and client interactions.
WealthAi’s AI notetaker can attend client meetings, transcribe discussions in real time and guide advisers through key talking points, capturing preferences, investment objectives, life events, risk indicators and vulnerability signals as the meeting unfolds. This information is written to the Client File immediately and made available across the organisation, removing the need to re-enter data across multiple platforms.
The Client File also serves as the intelligence layer underpinning the broader WealthAi platform. AI agents operating across compliance, risk management, research, investments and operations can draw on Client File data to access relevant client information, identify required actions, update records and keep workflows in line with firm policies and regulatory obligations.
WealthAi chief product officer and co-founder Izel Ersoy said: “Traditional CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Monday.com were never purpose-built for wealth management or private banking. Firms have spent years adapting generic sales and pipeline management tools to support highly specialised client relationships, regulatory requirements and workflows.
“Consequently their systems often become overly complicated, requiring advisers to navigate countless fields, workflows and screens, or too limited to capture the full complexity of a client relationship. WealthAi Client File redesigns wealth management CRM for the AI era – a tool that not just stores information but actively uses and interprets it.”
