FinregE, a London-based RegTech firm offering an end-to-end regulatory operating system, has received ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, the internationally recognised standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
The accreditation marks an upgrade from the company’s previous ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification and confirms that FinregE has put in place a robust framework designed to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and availability of client data. The certification followed a thorough audit of the firm’s security controls, internal processes and risk management strategies.
FinregE’s client base spans Tier 1 banks, insurance firms, asset managers, payment companies, highly regulated corporates and financial regulators. By meeting the ISO/IEC 27001 standard, the company offers those clients assurance that its security architecture reflects global best practice.
FinregE operates as a regulatory operating system, providing compliance and regulatory management solutions to some of the most heavily scrutinised organisations in the financial services industry.
FinregE chief technology officer Amit Madahar said, “Our clients trust us with their most critical information and we take that responsibility with the utmost seriousness. Achieving ISO/IEC 27001 certification is not just a badge of compliance, it is a demonstration of our unwavering commitment to our clients. It proves that we have the systems and discipline in place to ensure their data is protected by global best practices.”
FinregE chief operating officer Neil Wands said, “As FinregE continues to scale its operations and expand its service offerings, this certification will serve as the foundation for continued growth, ensuring that security evolves in lockstep with innovation.”
