Zinnia and Kuvare grow partnership amid carrier tech demand

Zinnia, a technology firm serving the life and annuity industry, has widened its strategic relationship with Kuvare in a move that underpins the insurer’s wider technology agenda.

As part of the deepened engagement, Kuvare will roll out Zahara, Zinnia’s contemporary policy administration system, alongside Zinnia Live, its digital experience platform. These join a number of core platforms already supporting product innovation, digital capabilities and operational performance across the Kuvare business.

The aim is to shorten the journey from product idea to market, refresh the experience offered to policyholders and advisors.

According to Zinnia, speed to market has shifted from being a differentiator to a basic requirement for carriers, and the enlarged partnership mirrors feedback it receives across the industry that the right platform fundamentally alters how quickly an insurer can innovate, distribute and grow.

Evidence of the collaboration’s impact has already emerged. In April 2026, Kuvare brought Guidepath, a new fixed indexed annuity, to market having built and deployed it on Zahara. The launch is seen as an important step in Kuvare’s plan to make the platform the engine of its future product development.

Zinnia, part of Eldridge, provides technology solutions designed to simplify the life and annuity sector, acting as infrastructure that helps carriers accelerate, distributors broaden access, advisors build confidence and consumers gain trust. The company is also backed by funds managed by KKR and Vista Credit Partners.

Zinnia chief executive officer George Esposito said, “Carriers today are navigating real pressure with new product demand, distribution complexity, cost efficiency, and the consumer and advisor expectation of a modern digital experience.

“Kuvare has been a long-standing partner, and when carriers have the right technology foundation, they can move faster, serve better, and grow more efficiently. We are proud to be the platform behind Kuvare’s next phase of growth, and excited for what’s ahead.”

Kuvare chief operating officer Carlos Sierra said, “Kuvare has a dynamic and adaptive Operating Model that incorporates several world-class partners with state-of-the-art technology, and Zinnia’s Zahara and Zinnia Live fit perfectly given their market capabilities.

“Integrating those new capabilities into Kuvare’s overall ecosystem is a natural step that expands our relationship with Zinnia as we continue to reduce our product development go-to-market cycle, enhance our delivery efficiency, and provide a better advisor experience with a sharp focus on customer service.”
