Comply, a provider of AI-powered RegTech and consulting services for the financial services sector, has appointed Elizabeth Clor as its new chief marketing officer.

Clor brings more than two decades of B2B SaaS experience to the role, having built and scaled marketing operations spanning demand generation, brand development and go-to-market strategy across companies at varying stages of growth. She joins from Valiantys, a global enterprise technology consultancy, where she served as CMO and shaped the firm’s strategic direction and international go-to-market messaging. She has also held senior marketing roles at MicroStrategy, OPower and Clarabridge.

At Comply, Clor will take charge of the company’s worldwide marketing operations, with responsibility spanning revenue marketing, brand strategy, product marketing, sales development, analyst relations and corporate communications. Her remit includes shaping how financial services firms perceive and interact with Comply’s regulatory technology, consulting services and compliance training offerings.

A key part of her mandate will involve strengthening Comply’s presence across Europe, the Middle East and Asia as the business broadens its international footprint. She is also expected to accelerate demand generation efforts as the company continues developing its AI-native compliance platform.

Comply operates as a specialist supplier of AI-driven compliance technology and advisory services designed for financial services organisations, combining software with consulting expertise to support regulatory and compliance functions.

Michael Stanton, CEO of Comply, said, “Elizabeth is a proven growth leader with the expertise and track record of success we require for Comply’s continued acceleration and success. Her history of growing revenue while scaling high-performing teams maps directly to where we are as a company. She will be an excellent addition to our leadership team as we deepen our relationships with existing clients, expand our global reach, and continue building Comply’s momentum.”

Elizabeth Clor said, “Compliance is one of the most consequential functions in financial services, and the professionals responsible for it deserve technology and regulatory expertise worthy of that responsibility. Comply has the products, the expertise, the clients, and the market position to make that a compelling story. I am excited to partner with Michael and the rest of the Comply team to build on that foundation.”
