WealthAi launches AI platform for independent advisers

WealthAi, the AI operating system for wealth management, has expanded its platform with the launch of WealthAi for Advisors, a new offering aimed at independent financial advisers and smaller advice firms.

The launch brings together capabilities that firms have typically managed across several separate systems and standalone AI tools, such as meeting notetaking, client relationship management, document creation, administration, market data and compliance oversight, unifying them within one intelligence-led platform.

During beta trials over the summer, advice firms trialling WealthAi for Advisors saw routine client administration time fall by 60% from the outset. Firms can roll out the platform within days and are not required to swap out their current practice management systems or take on a major IT overhaul to do so.

The launch reflects a wider shift among advice firms towards AI-driven solutions that ease administrative pressures on advisers, allowing them to grow their client base without needing to expand back-office teams. AI notetaking tools have so far served as an easy first step into this technology, but such standalone products tend to automate single tasks in isolation, still leaving advisers to shuttle information manually between disconnected platforms.

WealthAi for Advisors is built to push firms past this early stage of AI use, offering smaller practices access to an AI operating model that links information and processes across the entire client relationship. This includes an embedded, AI-powered CRM alongside document management and notetaking tools, all connected to dedicated AI agents that carry out tasks spanning advisory and compliance functions.

At the core of the new offering sits WealthAi’s Client File, an AI-native layer built specifically to hold client context and manage workflow within wealth management, paired with a single AI Assistant that operates across an adviser’s client records, documents, email, calendar and market information.

The platform further incorporates AI meeting notetaking, personalised dashboards, task management tools, a document vault, automated form completion and generation, integrated financial news and data feeds, and ongoing compliance monitoring.

Firms can extend the platform’s capabilities further still by integrating WealthAi’s AI agents, which work across compliance, risk management, research, investment and operational functions. These agents securely draw on relevant information held in the Client File to flag actions, keep records current and ensure workflows stay in line with a firm’s internal policies and regulatory obligations.

The combined effect is a single, auditable and continuously updated record of each client relationship, giving advisers, compliance staff and WealthAi’s authorised AI agents access to the same underlying data. Rather than notes from a client meeting remaining siloed within one application, that information can instead automatically update the client file, trigger follow-up actions and feed directly into the relevant compliance processes.

WealthAi CEO and founder Jason Nabi said, “Advisers have had a first taste of AI through tools like meeting notetakers, but that’s only scratching the surface of what this technology can do. Most traditional wealth technology was designed for people to operate software – updating practice management systems, moving information between systems and following rigid workflows. We think the next generation will be designed for AI agents to operate across the business.”

“WealthAi lets you run your business like you’ve got an operations team behind you. We’ve built an AI-powered CRM designed for wealth, that works with agents across administration and compliance – all the intelligence in a single platform across users and agents, giving smaller advice firms access to the kind of operational capability that has traditionally required much bigger teams.”
