Nivo unveils new site with AI pricing for brokers

Nivo, a financial technology company that builds AI-powered assistants for mortgage brokers, has relaunched its website so firms can weigh up the potential time and cost savings of using artificial intelligence before booking a sales call.

The updated site is designed to let brokerages judge the value of the Nivo Collect service upfront, publishing full pricing details alongside a sample case report. Visitors can look through a complete example of a checked evidence pack and accompanying case analysis, weigh Collect against other document-checking tools on the market, and see precisely what the monthly fee covers.

Nivo Collect equips each brokerage with its own AI assistant that operates via email. Once a broker forwards a case, the assistant works out what evidence is needed, then gathers documents, identity checks and searches from every applicant involved, chasing up anything still missing.

The tool cross-references the material it collects against what applicants have declared and hands back a verified evidence pack ready to be submitted. A case report accompanies this, outlining whether the case is ready to submit, assessing affordability from the evidence gathered, and flagging any points that need the broker’s attention, freeing up advisers and administrators to focus on clients rather than paperwork.

The site’s sample report walks through a fictional residential purchase to demonstrate the process in practice. On pricing, the service costs from £1,000 a month, covering AI work, identity checks and all features under one allowance, with no setup charge, no per-user fee and no minimum contract term.

Nivo says a typical case draws down between £10 and £40 from that allowance. The company’s own research, gathered from over 100 surveys of UK brokers and lenders, estimates that administration on a single case typically takes about five hours and costs roughly £150.

Nivo marketing lead George Lee said, “Brokers are being asked to sit through a lot of demos at the moment, and it’s hard to tell one claim from another. We wanted to make it easier for them to assess Collect, so we’ve put everything on the website: the price, a full sample of what they receive and an honest comparison with the tools we’re measured against.

“They can see what the service does, what it costs and how it could fit into their business. Getting started is just as straightforward. Collect works over email, with nothing to install and no integration project, so brokerages can be live the same day.

“We’re also clear about what Collect does and where human judgement comes in. It produces a checked evidence pack and an analysis, but it does not give advice or make credit decisions. The adviser makes the call, and the client relationship stays with the brokerage.”
