Cloud-native insurance platform Novidea has been selected by Jamaica-based insurance broker Allied Insurance Brokers (AIB) to implement its platform for Managing General Agents (MGAs).
Novidea’s insurance management platform offers a data-driven, cloud-based solution that is built on Salesforce, which standardises and automates processes to improve efficiency and deliver an enhanced user experience.
Its platform has a self-service portal which gives clients secure access from any device to key information including renewals, policies, claims, and analytics.
AIB is a Jamaica-based insurance broker established in 1969.
The partnership will see Novidea’s platform fully automate AIB’s end-to-end Coverholder processes from Jamaica to the London Market, while satisfying all data capture, exchange, processing, compliance, and reporting requirements.
According to Novidea, this will increase efficiency and productivity for AIB, while lowering overheads and providing analytics and reporting to help fuel the company’s growth across the Caribbean as a Lloyd’s Coverholder.

The team will have access to prebuilt reporting and insurance analytics tools that will enhance the visibility of our business and customers.

Earlier this year, Novidea partnered with the Further Group, a provider of health insurance products and service solutions, to implement its insurance management platform.
