Ushur and Five9 partner in bid to bolster customer experience

Ushur, a leading provider of AI-Powered Customer Experience Automation™ (CXA), is set to integrate its award-winning platform into the Five9 CX Marketplace, as part of a new collaboration.

The partnership is set to enable businesses to effortlessly integrate Ushur’s renowned CXA capabilities into their own offering through the help of Five9’s Intelligent Cloud Contact Center environment.

Five9 is recognised for its advanced cloud contact center solutions that facilitate human-centric customer experiences and operational efficiency.

Meanwhile, Ushur stands out as a pioneer in AI-Powered Customer Experience Automation™, designed to deliver hyper-personalised customer journeys through intelligent automation.

Henry Peter, Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Ushur, said: “The customer experience ecosystem necessitates seamless integration and operation with voice, chat and other engagement channels.
