Guardian Life Insurance Company of America® has announced the appointment of Steve Rullo, an esteemed digital and technology leader, to the role of Chief Digital and Technology Officer.
Rullo is set to shoulder the responsibility of propelling Guardian’s digital evolution and technological prowess, paving the path for sustained expansion.
His appointment aligns with the growing consumer demand for personalised, seamless, and swift experiences, alongside the burgeoning need for innovative solutions such as AI and API integrations to augment capabilities across organisations.
The industry veteran will bring over 30 years of experience as a digital and technology leader, which encompasses a proven track record of spearheading digital transformation efforts and implementing innovative technology strategies.
He is set to play a pivotal role in accelerating the company’s digital capabilities and fostering long-term growth. With a keen focus on personalisation, ease of use, and innovation, Rullo is poised to lead Guardian into a new era of digital excellence.
In his new position, Rullo will report to Chief Executive Officer and President Andrew McMahon.
