Communications lifecycle management company Calero Software has acquired telecom expense management company A&B Groep.
Calero Software is a CLM solutions platform that provides support across the communications lifecycle from telecom expenses, mobility management, reporting and analytics and internal chargeback and billing. New York-headquartered Calero helps communication processes from procurement through to payment.
Netherlands-based A&B Groep is a telecom expense management solution that helps companies across the EMEA region. The company’s technology helps finance teams with auditing by creating an overview of current telecommunications positions.
Offerings from A&B include GTEM solutions, auditing and sourcing, spend analysis, enterprise mobility management, optimisation and contract negotiations and telecom expense management, among others.

This is Calero’s second acquisition this week, with the communications company acquiring telecom expense management company Comview Corporation.
