Rillet, an AI-native ERP platform built specifically for finance teams, has secured $70m in a Series B funding round.
The investment was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and ICONIQ, with participation from Sequoia, Oak HC/FT, and previous investors. As part of the deal, Andreessen Horowitz general partner Alex Rampell and ICONIQ general partner Seth Pierrepont will join Rillet’s board.
Rillet is building a next-generation ERP system designed to meet the demands of modern finance teams. Unlike traditional platforms that depend heavily on spreadsheets and third-party tools, Rillet integrates AI directly into the system, enabling real-time collaboration, automated workflows and instant insights. The platform has already been adopted by more than 200 customers since launch and is credited with halving financial close times for many.
The fresh capital will be used to expand Rillet’s AI capabilities and strengthen integrations across the broader FinTech stack. The company’s roadmap includes developing a collaborative platform where human experts and AI agents work side-by-side to transform business decision-making and financial performance.
The raise follows closely on the heels of a $25m Series A just ten weeks prior, also backed by Sequoia. With this latest round, Rillet has now secured over $100m in less than a year. This momentum reflects the company’s rapid growth, with its annual recurring revenue (ARR) doubling in the past 12 weeks alone. Rillet has also formed partnerships with top accounting firms including Armanino and Wiss.
Notable customers like Postscript and Windsurf are already using Rillet to streamline financial operations. Postscript, which generates over $100m in ARR globally, reportedly closes its books in just three days using Rillet’s technology. Windsurf, another fast-scaling client, manages its entire finance operation with only two team members.
Rillet CEO and co-founder Nicolas Kopp said, “As US CEO of N26, I experienced firsthand how frustrating it was to wait weeks for critical business metrics. My finance team was world-class, but simple requests took weeks because the systems were stuck in the past. I knew there had to be a better way.”
ICONIQ general partner Seth Pierrepont said, “In our view, Rillet is not just modernising accounting software, it’s redefining what finance teams can achieve when freed from outdated systems. Their AI-native approach can give companies a clear edge: faster insights, leaner teams, and smarter decisions.”
Andreessen Horowitz general partner Alex Rampell added, “Finance teams deserve the same AI advantages that have revolutionised sales, engineering, and legal.”
This latest funding round adds to Rillet’s $25m Series A, bringing its total raised to over $100m in under 12 months.
