Armalytix unifies ID, AML and fraud checks for buyers

Armalytix, a financial verification platform for the property sector, has unveiled its Complete Compliance Bundles, a product designed to consolidate the fragmented checks that slow down residential property transactions.

According to Financial Reporter, the solution allows firms to package digital ID verification, source of funds checks, anti-money laundering (AML), fraud screening and affordability assessments into one structured digital journey, tailored to what home movers require at each stage of a transaction.

Rather than submitting the same documentation repeatedly across different systems and parties, buyers and sellers complete a single encoded process that all relevant parties — estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders and conveyancers — can draw from.

The launch is a response to a recognised pain point in the property market: compliance checks, while legally necessary, are routinely duplicated across multiple parties and platforms. This fragmentation can stall transactions, create inconsistencies in the chain and frustrate both professionals and the home movers they serve. By establishing a shared foundation of verified information, the bundles aim to reduce delays and lower the risk of transactions falling through.

The product extends Armalytix’s existing work in conveyancing into a broader set of workflows, including estate agency, mortgage and lending, representing a step towards more coordinated financial verification across the full transaction chain.

Armalytix head of sales Alex Mangan said: “Property professionals are under pressure to keep transactions moving, while home movers are often asked for the same information multiple times. That creates frustration on both sides. Complete Compliance is about simplifying that experience, giving firms a clearer, more structured way to verify transactions, and making the process easier for the people going through it.”
