Inszone Insurance Services, a Sacramento-based national insurance brokerage, has acquired Legacy Partners Insurance Services, expanding its footprint across southeast Michigan.
The deal brings Legacy Partners into the Inszone portfolio. Founded in 2013 by Joe Graham, the agency grew its presence across southeast Michigan over more than a decade, building its client base through strategic book acquisitions and key leadership hires, including Kristie Parrish, Cale Johnson, and Dave Peabody.
Following the acquisition, the Legacy Partners team will continue to operate from its Harrison Township base. Graham will remain engaged as an agency partner, focusing on growth within Michigan and developing carrier relationships across the state. Legacy Partners’ COO Cale Johnson will transition into a new position as general counsel for Inszone.
Legacy Partners offers clients a comprehensive insurance services, including personal, commercial, group benefits, life, and more.
